Any remanufactured or compatible product purchased from Q&A Solutions, Inc. is covered from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product. Unopened cartridges or cartridge may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price or credit of the purchase price towards an exchange. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund–your choice. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. Concerns made known after the one-year period will be issued store credit. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.
Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages
Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening.
Any incomplete orders lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.
Purchase the wrong cartridge? As long as it’s unopened and in the sellable condition we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund. Please call (888) 247 6475 and we can get you taken care of!
Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.
Do you provide a return label?
If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.
Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse.
